Nestled on the mountainside of Dharamkot, Young Monk Hostel & Cafe has quickly become a cherished spot in my travel repertoire. The breathtaking view overlooking Bagshu Valley immediately set the scene for our unforgettable stay, but it was the warmth of the staff, particularly Skand, that transformed our experience into something truly special. The food here is undoubtedly a highlight, as we indulged in a delightful range of meals that left us wondering why we would ever venture elsewhere for dining. Evenings were filled with laughter and camaraderie as we enjoyed shared lounges and game consoles, creating bonds with fellow travelers amidst the homely atmosphere. From help with transportation to organizing our hikes, the staff catered to our every need with genuine care-making us not just guests, but part of their family. For anyone seeking a blend of comfort, communal spirit, and culinary delights, I can't recommend Young Monk Hostel & Cafe enough. It's more than a place to stay; it's a haven that beckons you to return, ideally with friends or fellow adventurers to share those magical moments.
